In the neighborhood of Stuyvesant Heights / Bed Stuy, Brooklyn, Brownstone’s sister company, Hub Renovations, engaged in a full gut renovation on 285 Decatur. This 5 story, 2 family home underwent a complete renovation where new beams were installed in the basement and deck, a new deck was added, new plumbing, hvac, and electric in the building, as well as a new fence and pavers in the backyard. Working in the interest of the homeowner, Hub Renovations decided to give the newly renovated building a vibrant luxury by adding new kitchens with smart technological appliances, marble kitchen countertops with a marble kitchen island that has an island sink which opens it up and provides a more functional layout.  In the bathrooms, a cast iron clawfoot tub and a stand up shower were installed to give the building a classic, elegant style.
