In the neighborhood of Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn, Brownstone’s sister company, Hub Renovations, worked on 95 Hancock as a basement renovation job. The job consisted of a complete renovation on the whole basement of 2,700 sq ft. Hub Renovations was able to convert the basement into a luxurious vibrant new area with the installation of a jacuzzi sauna, a wet bar and the installation of a HVAC unit.
