Peter Drinkwater joined Brownstone NYC in the spring of 2014. Serving the company as Operations Manager & Senior Associate in the Investment Sales Department, Mr. Drinkwater is responsible for executing the sale of real estate transactions throughout the New York metro region. With previous experience in contracting and real estate administration, Mr. Drinkwater divided his time between both Estimator and Analyst roles. He is a graduate of Longwood University, where he received a B.S. with a concentration in Marketing and received a Graduate Certificate in Real Estate Finance & Investment from NYU-SCPS. Mr. Drinkwater has vast experience in valuations, investment analysis, acquisitions and dispositions having successfully acquired and sold of $30 million worth of real estate in New York City.
